Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise vinyl graphics applications, including large stickers, signage panels, and full or partial vehicle wraps, ensuring precise, bubble-free, and high-quality installations.

  • Operate and support the maintenance of large-format printing machines, monitor print output, and maintain strict quality, safety, and finishing standards.

  • Interpret measurements, layouts, and technical drawings accurately to ensure correct alignment, finishing, and installation outcomes.

  • Possess basic graphic design knowledge using Adobe Illustrator to review and adjust artwork for large format printing.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimations, quotations, and project proposals while coordinating closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

  • Build strong client relationships, handle outdoor sales activities across Dubai, and actively contribute to business growth through repeat and new customer acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, events, acrylic, and large format advertising.

  • Hands-on experience in outdoor sales within events/large format printing is a must.

  • A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s geography and market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
