Roles & Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. You will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall account success. Your primary focus will be understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, development) to ensure client projects are executed smoothly.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to clients, helping them to improve their digital strategy and reach their business goals.
  • Understand clients' industry trends, challenges, and objectives to provide relevant solutions and add value.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +2 years experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and a strong understanding of digital campaign metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's market dynamics
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship Building: Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Client Meetings: Experience in regular client check-ins and updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Skilled in coordinating with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to advise clients on digital strategy and business goals.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and Saudi market dynamics.
  • Problem Solving: Strong negotiation and issue-resolution abilities.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic.
