What We re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in E-Commerce or/and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in parametrize digital marketing platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • A proven track record in Digital Marketing in the Hospitality or Nightlife Industry.
  • Ability to handle significant budgets across multiple channels and verticals.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  • Proficient in Marketing Research and Statistical Analysis.
  • An ability to identify Target Audiences and devise Digital Campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing Databases, Emails, or Display Advertising Campaigns.
  • Ability to provide, manage and analyse main kpi across multiple media channels.
  • Skilled in optimising Landing Pages and User Funnels.
  • A thorough knowledge of Website and Marketing Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush and others.
  • Expertise in setting up and optimising PPC Campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a Can-Do! Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for development, management and optimization of paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
  • Perform daily account management of paid digital marketing accounts.
  • Manage moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of business verticals.
  • Engages in creative Brainstorming Sessions to develop innovative Growth Strategies, elevating our digital marketing.
  • Strategises, executes, and evaluates Experiments and Conversion Tests, pushing boundaries to achieve remarkable outcomes.
  • Applies strong Analytical Acumen to assess the End-to-end Customer Journey across various channels, identifying bespoke Conversion Points and enhancing User Funnels for outstanding performance.
  • Handles the partnership with Agencies and Vendors, fostering synergistic and seamless relationships ensuring performance from third parties.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of Digital Innovation, and provides insightful Thought Leadership to guide strategic adoption.
  • Analyses and Reports on the Performance of Digital Marketing Initiatives, evaluating against ROI and KPIs, to ensure that our efforts consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Discovers Trends and Insights, leveraging them to Optimise Expenditure and Enhance Performance.
  • Collaborates seamlessly with Marketing and Public Relations, Creative, and other Internal Teams to optimise the campaigns performance and User Experience.
