1. Strategy & Planning - Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals - Plan campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation - Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital growth opportunities. 2. Campaign Management - Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.). - Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic. - Create targeted campaigns for specific audience segments for the given country and territories. 3. Content & Creative Direction - Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to create effective content. - Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform. - Develop content calendars for all platforms 4. Analytics & Optimization - Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance. - Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and paid campaigns. - Generate regular reports with actionable insights. 5. Social Media & Community Management - Oversee brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). - Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. - Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions.
