Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and Meta ad creatives
Plan and execute social media content calendars
Shoot and edit product videos featuring flowers, bouquets, gift boxes, and special occasions
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social channels
Run Meta advertising campaigns
Coordinate with influencers and UGC creators
Generate leads, inquiries, and online sales
Track and report marketing performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads are highly preferred to demonstrate analytical capabilities.
- Experience in e-commerce or tech industries is a plus, allowing for better understanding of digital ecosystems.
