Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the full digital presence of the organization, leading social media strategy, content distribution, website management, and creative project coordination across all platforms. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as the connective tissue between content creation, publishing, analytics, and brand consistency.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM 5PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr for both the organization and its leadership channels.

  • Execute posts during peak engagement windows to maximize organic reach and audience growth across all integrated platforms.

  • Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth, adjusting strategy based on performance data.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Manage and track all graphics and video projects, coordinating with internal creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Repurpose sermon and event footage into shareable, platform-optimized social content.

  • Maintain and update content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistent brand presence.

Website & App Management

  • Perform regular website updates via Boxcast, ensuring full optimization including keywords, page titles, and metadata.

  • Update the organization's mobile app content via Goodbarber as needed.

  • Audit and maintain all digital assets for accuracy and brand consistency on a weekly basis.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key digital performance metrics, including engagement rates, audience growth, and content reach.

  • Update organizational press kit and audience numbers quarterly.

  • Identify and document errors or improvement opportunities for visuals, social posts, and story shares on a weekly basis.

Brand & Operations

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels in alignment with established brand guidelines.

  • Manage production elements and coordinate all digital assets ahead of weekly events and experiences.

  • Respond to and triage communications, collaborating cross-functionally with staff to ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications - Experience:

  • Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Hands-on experience with content planning, publishing workflows, and content calendar management.

  • Background in basic website/CMS management and SEO fundamentals.

  • Experience coordinating graphic design and video production projects with creative teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to grow online audiences and drive engagement through organic content strategies.

  • Prior use of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and video editing or coordination platforms.

Qualifications - Skills:

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms and audiences.

  • Marketing analytics proficiency able to read, interpret, and act on performance data.

  • Project management skills with exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.

  • Graphic design and video coordination experience, with a strong eye for visual brand consistency.

  • Self-directed and proactive, capable of managing multiple deadlines independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
