Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, and paid media to drive client acquisition and engagement.
  • Create and manage compelling content (blogs, videos, social posts) to promote trading solutions, platform features, and market insights.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns using SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools to improve ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize the company s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee the use of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance campaign efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in forex, or financial services.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, paid media, social media platforms).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader) and financial data tools (Bloomberg, Reuters).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for website updates and data analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
