Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Strategist will lead early marketing execution and strategy to support the company s upcoming product launch. This role will own the development and execution of brand awareness initiatives, content strategy, and early paid media efforts. The Marketing Manager will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment while working closely with the founding team to shape how the brand enters the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market marketing strategy ahead of product launch.

  • Identify opportunities to scale marketing efforts post-launch.

Content & Brand Development

  • Plan and oversee short-form content strategy across Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms.

  • Build brand awareness through storytelling and consistent brand positioning.

  • Manage content calendars and coordinate creative production.

Paid Media & Performance

  • Launch and optimize early paid media campaigns when appropriate.

  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy based on data insights.

Collaboration & Marketing Operations

  • Collaborate directly with founders to align marketing with business goals.

  • Establish foundational marketing processes and reporting structures.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand marketing.

  • Experience launching or scaling a consumer or DTC brand strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta and short-form content ecosystems.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of social-first marketing strategies.

  • Ability to balance strategy with execution in an early-stage environment.

  • Comfortable working directly with founders and owning initiatives end-to-end.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
