Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
Handle routine service queries and requests, including transactional and product-related inquiries.
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange transactions.
Provide information on account, credit card, loan, and fixed deposit products.
Ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, addressing any concerns promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Stay updated with the latest bank products and services to offer accurate information.
Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security.
Actively contribute to a positive and professional branch environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in using digital banking tools and a basic understanding of banking operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to continuously improve.
