Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Strategy, Transformation & Project Execution

  • Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, and manage risks effectively.
  • Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Implement change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement across all departments.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for the integration of ERP, CRM, and HRMS systems.
  • Conduct risk analysis and create contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Track KPIs and project outcomes, recommending process improvements when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Leadership, Innovation & Digital Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Certified PMI-PMP (mandatory); additional certifications such as PMI-ACP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
  • Expertise in ERP, CRM, and HRMS system integration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English.
