Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and clearly communicate product benefits and features.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, handling objections, and resolving complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Support in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and retail sales guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
