Job Description

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for generating leads and driving revenue. You will represent our brand and products to prospective clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various direct sales techniques and networking.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations to potential clients to generate interest.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Follow up on leads and sales inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to showcase products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, marketing, or a customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales and handle objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with potential and existing clients as needed.
