Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute innovative commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee the financial performance of commercial initiatives and manage budget allocations effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial activities with operational goals.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or real estate industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing commercial strategies that yield significant revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
