Position: Director, Finance
Overview

The Director, Finance holds overall financial responsibility for GRE and TOEFL business units. This leadership role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis, delivering strategic insights to Senior Management and guiding financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for assigned SBUs/FCEs/corporate areas.

Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses to senior management.

Develop and present financial recommendations to support effective strategic decisions.

Partner with business leaders to develop business insights and drive value.

Monitor and report on capital expenditures and investment proposals.

Provide financial guidance to CXOs, SVPs, and VPs.

Manage a team of finance managers and analysts.

Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives within Finance.

Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
MBA in Finance and/or Accounting (preferred).
CPA or equivalent professional certification (strongly preferred).
12+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, management, and reporting.
Proven leadership experience managing analytical FP&A teams.
Expertise in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, and MS Office.
Strong project management, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Required Skills
Ability to teach, explain, innovate, and reimagine FP&A practices.
Skilled in collaborating with both financial and non-financial stakeholders to drive results.
Proven capability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
