Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Partner role located in Chennai. The Partner will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop business strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing and guiding strategic initiatives, driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and aligning operational frameworks with the company’s vision. The Partner will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions while fostering innovation and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning

• Knowledge of IT Consulting, Cybersecurity Solutions, and Managed IT Services

• Experience in Network Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, and Software Development

• Strong Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Decision-Making Skills

• Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills

• Familiarity with Smart Automation and Digital Transformation Practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or relevant field; MBA is highly beneficial

• Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving operational excellence
