Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing forex trading company. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking

• Support performance management processes

• Handle employee relations and HR inquiries

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

• Coordinate training and development activities

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases

• Assist management with HR planning and administrative tasks.
