Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring seamless flow and optimal efficiency.
  • Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing goals, focusing on cost reduction, lead time optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, materials management, and logistics.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
