Lead and manage the Engineering and Maintenance Department, ensuring efficient operation of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Support pre-opening activities, including testing, commissioning, and handover of engineering systems.

Manage energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programs to optimize operational costs.

Prepare and manage the engineering department budget, including capital expenditure planning.

Coordinate with operations, projects, and external contractors to ensure smooth facility management.

Maintain a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and contractors through effective risk management and safety procedures.
