Roles & Responsibilities
Director of Human Resources
In a dynamic, multi-site and rapidly evolving environment, you will play a key role in structuring, managing and optimizing all of the company's HR policies.
You will support management in the deployment of the HR roadmap, in direct connection with the company's growth objectives (currently 450 employees - 700 employees by 2026). You will report to the site management and will lead a multidisciplinary HR team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR management:
- Define and implement the HR strategy in line with business and transformation objectives
- develop and monitor HR performance indicators (KPIs: turnover, absenteeism, staff numbers, etc.)
- Design and maintain HR dashboards
Team management:
- Manage an HR team of 6 people (occupational health, HR administration, development)
- Unite, support and develop the skills of internal HR teams
Recruitment & HR development:
- Support the deployment of the recruitment plan
- Contribute to the creation of talent pools and the forward planning of jobs and skills (GPEC)
- Participate in assessment interviews and monitoring of skills development plans
Operational HR management & social relations:
- Supervise personnel administration (outsourced payroll: control of EVPs, monitoring of compliance with the payroll firm)
- Manage social dialogue (relations with staff representatives, management of sensitive and contentious cases)
- Ensure social and legal monitoring in matters of Moroccan labor law
Projects & tools:
- Actively participate in HR transformation and optimization projects
- Monitor and manage working time using the Timesquare tool (d di module)
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac +5 diploma in Human Resources, Social Law or equivalent
Successful experience of at least 2 years as HR Director in a structure of comparable size (more than 500 employees)

Excellent leadership, listening skills and ability to unite
Results-oriented, rigorous and proactive
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in French
Ability to operate in a demanding, multi-site environment
