Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a lasting impact in one of Morocco s most vibrant hospitality destinations? Rabat Marriott Hotel is seeking a Director of Human Resources to champion our people-first culture and drive excellence across all facets of talent management.
As a key member of our Executive Committee, you ll work directly with the General Manager and collaborate with regional HR leadership to shape the future of our workforce. What You ll Do:- Lead HR Strategy: Translate business goals into impactful HR initiatives that support our brand and property vision.
- Drive Talent Excellence: Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance development to build a high-performing, diverse team.
- Champion Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace where associates thrive, feel valued, and are empowered to grow.
- Shape Compensation & Recognition: Design competitive compensation strategies and recognition programs that reward excellence.
- Coach & Develop Leaders: Be a trusted advisor to department heads and a mentor to HR team members.
- Be a Change Agent: Lead transformation initiatives that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership within hospitality or a similar dynamic environment.
- A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Passion for people, culture, and operational excellence.
