Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director of Loyalty Marketing.

The Director of Loyalty Marketing will oversee all aspects of Loyalty Marketing including Wynn Rewards, the Players Club desk, Direct Mail offers, and non-VIP promotions and events. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with deep operational experience and a passion for customer engagement.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping guest experience for non-hosted customers and will collaborate closely with Casino Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Intelligence, Slots, Table Games, Poker, and Race/Sports Book teams.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  • Wynn Rewards Program Management: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the Wynn Rewards program, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Players Club Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Players Club desk, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Direct Mail Campaigns: Oversee the planning, segmentation, and execution of direct mail offers to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Promotions & Events: Design and execute compelling non-VIP promotions and events that enhance the guest experience and drive incremental revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across Casino Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Intelligence, Slots, Table Games, Poker, and Race/Sports Book to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Performance Optimization: Supported by Marketing analysts, monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze customer data, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing loyalty marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are pluses, as is an advanced degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of operational experience, preferably in Marketing within the hospitality or gaming industry.
  • At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, with proven success in loyalty or CRM programs.
  • Experience working across diverse regions such as the Philippines, Singapore, Macau, and the USA.
  • Familiarity with casino loyalty programs and gaming operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of marketing analytics.
