Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Wynn Rewards Program Management: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the Wynn Rewards program, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.

Players Club Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Players Club desk, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Direct Mail Campaigns: Oversee the planning, segmentation, and execution of direct mail offers to drive customer engagement and retention.

Promotions & Events: Design and execute compelling non-VIP promotions and events that enhance the guest experience and drive incremental revenue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across Casino Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Intelligence, Slots, Table Games, Poker, and Race/Sports Book to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Performance Optimization: Supported by Marketing analysts, monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze customer data, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing loyalty marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are pluses, as is an advanced degree.
Experience:
-
Minimum 10+ years of operational experience, preferably in Marketing within the hospitality or gaming industry.
-
At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, with proven success in loyalty or CRM programs.
-
Experience working across diverse regions such as the Philippines, Singapore, Macau, and the USA.
-
Familiarity with casino loyalty programs and gaming operations.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
-
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of marketing analytics.
