Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You are responsible for operational excellence, economic performance and the reputation of the Thalassotherapy Institute. A true ambassador of the well-being experience, you integrate the Institute into the overall dynamics of the hotel, ensuring consistency, synergies and attractiveness. You manage multidisciplinary teams, carry the vision and ensure the satisfaction of each customer, in compliance with the most demanding standards of luxury hotels.
RESPONSABILIT S CL S:
1. Leadership & Management
- Supervise, unite and develop the skills of wellness teams (therapists, coaches, beauticians, reception staff)
- Participate in recruitment, continuing training and talent management
- Instill a culture of excellence, kindness and innovation
- Define individual and collective performance objectives and regularly evaluate results.
- Work closely with the hotel's general management to ensure perfect consistency of image and quality
2. Operational Excellence & Hotel Integration
- Guarantee the fluidity of the customer journey from reservation to post-treatment follow-up
- Oversee schedules, quality of service, maintenance, hygiene and safety
- Integrate the Institute's services into the hotel's overall offering (VIP reception, stay + treatment packages, corporate & wellness events)
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards in matters of hygiene, safety and health.
3. Business Development & Performance
- develop, monitor and manage the Institute's budget
- Offer innovative and differentiating offers adapted to the local and international market
- Develop synergies with other hotel departments (F&B, accommodation, sales)
- Work with the marketing department on local awareness, strategic partnerships and the digitalization of the wellness experience
- Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, position the Institute as a regional leader in premium well-being.
- Track KPIs: occupancy rate, average basket, loyalty, recommendation rate, etc.
- Higher education in hospitality, wellness, health or management (Bac+4/5)
- Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in the management of a large institute or spa
- Previous experience in a 5* hotel or resort environment required
- Inspiring leadership, results-oriented and human experience.
- Budget management mastery, meaning of results
- Mastery of digital tools related to operations (CRM, PMS, wellness reservation platforms, social networks)
- Sense of innovation, passion for preventive health and customer experience
- Impeccable presentation, strong interpersonal skills, fluency in French and English, fluency in Arabic is an asset.
