Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Send Distribution service level report to Distribution managers on daily basis regarding everyday deliveries.

  2. Compiling and drafting distribution overtime Summary & submit to HR department.

  3. Prepare all the delivery notes according to customer request.

  4. Prepare diesel reconciliation report.

  5. Prepare trip sheets and Gate pass for the delivered items and give to Drivers along with Delivery Notes.

  6. Printing customer LPOS on regular basis.

  7. Send emails to concerned departments in case of stock adding.

  8. Follow ups of all missing delivery notes which are not received from customer after signing.

  9. Attach 3 Copies of LPO’s along with Delivery notes and hand over to accounts department for invoicing

  10. Receive customer calls in case of any query, and send to concerned department for their immediate solution

  11. Updating diesel consumption Report on daily basis.

  12. Conducting Driver Assessment test.

  13. Preparing & Submitting KPI for Distribution operations every month to Distribution in charge.

  14. Conducting Belhasa Training for distribution Staff to renew Civil Defense cards.

  15. Prepare diesel reconciliation report.

  16. Follow up with HR department for distribution agendas like employee’s replacements, Annual leave & other concern issues.

  17. Updating UAE Tank wise report on every month.

  18. Preparing jebel Ali free zone delivery documents.

  19. Admin related work.

  20. Prepare trip sheets and Gate pass for the delivered items and give to Drivers along with Delivery Notes.

  21. Making of Manual delivery notes and confirm in system after receiving manual delivery note signed copies.

  22. Sending or receiving Transfer request form and to other branches.

  23. Preparation of PSR and send to branches along with the requirements of cylinders services.

  24. Attending walking customer on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Bachelor degree.

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in distribution operation.

  • Good acumen in gas industry distribution operations.

  • Have strong experience in managing distribution operations.

  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Wors, Excel, and Power Point programs
