Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Identifying and selecting reliable distributors, and continuously evaluating their performance based on sales targets, delivery efficiency, and service quality and managing and optimizing the relationship between the company and its distributors
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collecting the CNWC elements from distributors & Finance.
- Calculating the CNWC target versus actual.
- Calculate master sheet for distributors to measure performance on all parameters.
- handle the relation between our distributors and internal dept. ( finance-Logistic, Etc).
- handling distributors Expenses compensations and running cost .
Distributors full data base:
- FO/BO full data personal & Business - history since joining
- Salary band (Fixed / Variables)
- Soft copy of all legal recruiting documentation
- Follow-up on all hiring procedures / approvals
Distributors Running cost:
- Revising the distributors claims versus the actual invoices with taxes
- Calculating rentals warehouses & Offices
- Calculating rentals Fleet
- Calculating final salaries after deductions
- Final revision and release the report
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Access.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Advanced with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI,
- Experience with Oracle ERP
