Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the identification of new leisure business opportunities across key source markets.
Assist in preparing itineraries, MDT and packages, proposals, and client presentations.
Maintain and update the leisure sales pipeline and CRM system to track opportunities and client activity.
Support participation in trade shows, sales missions, and networking events representing the DMC.
Conduct research and market analysis to identify new potential markets, B2B clients for increased market penetration and competitor activities.
Assist in managing relationships with existing leisure accounts to support retention and repeat business.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth proposal development and operations.
Support the preparation of Account Development Plans (ADPs) for key clients.
Coordinate with product, procurement, and operations teams to develop curated leisure itineraries, MDT s or packages.
Assist with pricing preparation and proposal documentation aligned with company pricing guidelines.
Ensure proposals meet the 24/48 response standard where applicable.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure confirmed leisure programs are delivered according to company standards.
Assist with pre-arrival preparation, supplier confirmations, and program coordination where required.
Conduct market research to identify emerging leisure trends, new clients, and competitor activity.
Support the commercial team with data insights and reports to inform business decisions.
Maintain accurate records of client activity, proposals, and pipeline status in CRM. Prepare basic sales reports and performance tracking for the commercial tea
