Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the document lifecycle, ensuring all documents are accurately created, reviewed, and stored in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain a centralized document management system to facilitate easy retrieval and tracking of documents.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of all required documentation, minimizing delays in project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits, ensuring all necessary records are available for review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially in multinational environments.
- Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
