Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all company documents in an organized filing system.

  • Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and tracking of physical and digital documents.
  • Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain document control registers and update document records regularly.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect, distribute, and update documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and organize documents for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain updated versions of records.
  • Follow company document control procedures and policies.
