Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and control company documents, records, and correspondence Generate reports, dashboards, and management summaries Analyze and present data using charts and graphical reports Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance standards Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy) Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents Experience in Facilities Management, Construction, Contracting, Engineering, or Property Management will be an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Document Controller
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of:
Pivot Tables
XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
SUM, SUMIF, AVERAGE, COUNTIF and other Excel formulas
Data Analysis & Reconciliation
Graphs, Charts & Dashboard Preparation
Data Validation and Reporting
