What You ll Do

* Coordinate document flow between engineering, construction, operations, and suppliers
* Process project documents through all steps in accordance with procedures and approval requirements
* Manage and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) and data distribution systems
* Register, track, scan, and monitor documents using standard document control programs
* Produce reports, logs, and transmittals as required
* Expedite document reviews, approvals, and releases
* Provide guidance and assistance to junior document control staff on procedures
* Maintain organized records of all project documentation
* Support project teams with clerical and administrative document-related tasks
* Contribute to team performance by meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree or Diploma in any discipline (UAE attestation required)
* 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in document control
* Proficiency in Aconex and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS)
* Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Desired Skills

* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
