Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Document Control: Establish, maintain, and control all company documents related to engineering, quality, projects, and operations. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and industry standards (API Q1, ISO, client requirements). Register, track, and update technical drawings, procedures, certificates, and contracts. Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy fi ling systems. Control the distribution of documents to internal departments, clients, and third parties. Assist in audits by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of equipment, materials, and spare parts. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities for timely clearance and delivery. Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, etc.). Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to clients and project sites. Optimize transport schedules and routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 3years of experience. Skill Requirements: Knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems. Experience with freight forwarding and supply chain management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge/Education: High School diploma, secondary, 3 years equivalency in document controlling & administration. Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures. Familiarity with UAE customs, import/export regulations, and logistics operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
