Roles & Responsibilities
The Documentation Specialist is responsible for handling all government-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of legal and bureaucratic processes.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and process documents for civil court, commercial court, criminal court, and labor court requests.
- Handle Ministry of Interior (MOI) and notary public services, ensuring all paperwork meets legal requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of documents and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all documentation and submissions.
- Liaise with government authorities and clients to facilitate smooth processing.
- Bachelor s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in documentation or legal support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of government procedures and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
