Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Documentation Specialist is responsible for handling all government-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of legal and bureaucratic processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and process documents for civil court, commercial court, criminal court, and labor court requests.
  • Handle Ministry of Interior (MOI) and notary public services, ensuring all paperwork meets legal requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of documents and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all documentation and submissions.
  • Liaise with government authorities and clients to facilitate smooth processing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in documentation or legal support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of government procedures and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
