Role Summary

The Doorman M venpick Hotel Dubai will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable impressions through professional and courteous service. This role ensures smooth traffic flow, safe luggage handling, and a warm welcome that reflects M venpick s commitment to extraordinary guest experiences.

What You ll Do

  • Welcome and assist guests entering or leaving vehicles in a courteous manner
  • Provide special assistance to children, elderly, and guests with disabilities
  • Direct traffic at hotel driveways, ensuring maximum safety and smooth flow
  • Assist valet parkers with issuing tickets and guiding guests on parking procedures
  • Handle luggage safely and efficiently, ensuring correct delivery and loading/unloading
  • Act as backup for bellmen when needed in luggage retrieval and delivery
  • Stay informed about hotel facilities, promotions, and local activities to assist guests
  • Follow safety and security protocols in coordination with the hotel s security team
  • Report and handle lost and found items according to hotel policy
  • Support department operations and perform other tasks assigned by the Bell Captain
