Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate Tetra Pak downstream processing equipment in the processing area in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP’s.
  • Effectively operate downstream equipment and an auxiliary unit. Produce products at high-quality standards, keep the line clean in accordance with the established requirements.
  • Cleaning the processing equipment which includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place (CIP), and clean out of place (COP) operations on a daily basis.
  • Maintain cleanliness /hygiene in his respective working place. Proper waste sorting and withdrawal according to waste management standards.
  • Handle the palletizer Machines, Packer Machines and Labeler Machines
  • Perform cleaning, inspection, lubrication and preventive adjustments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ·Secondary School
  • 3 Year Experience for any downstream processing Machines.
  • Dairy Experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in technical downstream operations.
  • Knowledge of reading and understanding SOP
  • Knowledge of manual cleaning and process.
