Roles & Responsibilities

10–12 years of drilling, well engineering, or petroleum exploration experience in oil & gas operations. Proven record in Operational Excellence, Compliance Governance, Process Standardization, and Performance Improvement across upstream operations. Skilled in applying Lean, RCA, and data-driven methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce NPT, and strengthen compliance maturity

Desired Candidate Profile

Well design, drilling engineering, well integrity standards, reservoir principles, and subsurface evaluation
