Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing, interior detailing, and timely servicing.
  • Handle the delivery and collection of mail, packages, and other essential items, ensuring their secure and timely delivery.
  • Manage the inventory and supply of office refreshments, including water, coffee, and tea, to keep the office well-stocked.
  • Assist with the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for presentations, conferences, and other events.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, prioritizing safety and professionalism at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably with experience in an office environment.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
