Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pick-up and delivery of office mail, documents, important papers, purchase orders, supplies, and records of priority nature.
• Hand-carry important documents and other materials directly to the addressee.
• Carry out or assist in basic vehicle servicing, including refueling, checking fluids, servicing batteries, tires, and cleaning windows.
• Pick up vehicles for service or repair and return them upon completion.
• Use company recovery vehicles for pick-up and drop-off of customer vehicles.
• Assist the workshop in arranging vehicle movement within or outside the facility.
• Pick up and drop off customers from and to their designated locations.
• Transport employees when required, as requested by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager.
