Job description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver letters, parcels, documents to various offices and locations as directed by Executive Assistant.
Determine destinations by referring to addresses on packages and documents
Ensure that packages or messages are delivered in a time efficient manner
Ensure the smooth transportation of Hotel guest, staff and resources as required.
Ensure that organizational vehicles are well maintained, and serviced regularly
Reporting and ensuring the compliance of assigned vehicle with all statutory and maintenance required.
Ensure all travel authorization before any trip
Ensure that only authorized persons/goods are carried in the assigned organizational vehicle.
Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times
Report any instance of mishap or accident to Executive Assistant
Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills Required:
· 2 years experience as driver with good driving record
· Excellent driving skills
· Flexible, effective team work and interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills
· Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws
· Safety conscious person
· Must be focused, confident, and observant
