Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description – Wet & Dry Utilities Modeler:
Develop detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (Civil 3D)
Prepare layouts for Water Supply, Drainage, Sewer, Irrigation, District Cooling, Electrical & Telecom networks
Create pipe networks, profiles, cross-sections & corridor models in Civil 3D
Coordinate with MEP, infrastructure, structural & architectural teams
Produce shop drawings, IFC drawings & BOQs
