Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in warehouse operations and hands-on experience in Oracle WMS Cloud implementations, ensuring optimized warehouse processes and seamless system integrations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS)
• Configure and optimize warehouse processes including:
• Inbound & Outbound Operations
• Picking, Packing & Staging
• Cycle Counting & Inventory Control
• Design warehouse layouts and define system-driven task management workflows
• Configure RF scanning processes and automation workflows
• Integrate WMS with Oracle modules such as:
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Transportation Management
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT support, and go-live assistance
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
• 610 years of experience in Oracle WMS implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud / Oracle Warehouse Management
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations and automation systems
• Experience in integration with ERP modules
• Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale warehouse transformation projects
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices
• Ability to work in onsite / offshore delivery models
