Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Supervise all hotel operations (accommodation, catering, services)
- Ensure a field presence and guarantee the quality of customer service and reception.
- Managing operational situations and customer requests with responsiveness and professionalism
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction in accordance with Sofitel standards
- Coordinate teams and ensure smooth communication between different departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and quality standards.
- Provide reporting to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in hospitality/management (minimum Bachelor's degree + 3 years)
- Proven experience in a similar role or in operational supervision, ideally in luxury hotels.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Leadership, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
- Availability, flexible hours and a sense of responsibility
