Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Supervise all hotel operations (accommodation, catering, services)
  • Ensure a field presence and guarantee the quality of customer service and reception.
  • Managing operational situations and customer requests with responsiveness and professionalism
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction in accordance with Sofitel standards
  • Coordinate teams and ensure smooth communication between different departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and quality standards.
  • Provide reporting to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in hospitality/management (minimum Bachelor's degree + 3 years)

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in operational supervision, ideally in luxury hotels.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Leadership, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Availability, flexible hours and a sense of responsibility
