Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service
  • Welcome and assist VIP and premium passengers with professionalism and discretion
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain five-star service standards
  • Liaise with catering, housekeeping, and airline representatives to ensure operational excellence
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and tactfully
  • Monitor lounge presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance in line with brand expectations
  • Prepare daily reports and assist management with operational updates and guest feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in airport lounges, airline hospitality, or luxury hotels
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and guest service etiquette
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of airport or hospitality management systems is an advantage
