Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise and Level 1 support for Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations and Customer Service,

Configurations and customization of Finance modules.

Support end-users, troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for fixes.

Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

Ensure alignment between Dynamics configurations and business processes.

Act as primary Dynamics functional point of contact post-go-live.

Desired Candidate Profile

5 to 8 years hands-on Dynamics 365 functional consulting, with strong focus on Finance module

Deep knowledge of Dynamics Finance.

Experience configuring NetSoft Portfolio Management or similar investment accounting add-ons

Proven track record in finance process design, configuration, UAT, and support

Excellent stakeholder engagement and training skills

Certified in Dynamics 365

Language required: Arabic + English

English proficiency C1 and C2 levels, minimum B2

Leads and seniors need to be more than B2
