Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with Configuration, Setup, Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central applications for internal use.
Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and collaborate with Development team to deliver tailored solutions that enhance business processes.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain security, system performance, and data accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics NAV or Business Central development.
Strong knowledge of the Dynamics NAV/BC system, including functionality across multiple modules (Finance, Inventory, Retail, etc.).
Understanding of the business processes within the retail industry (with experience in LS Retail / LS Central).
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
