Roles & Responsibilities

We are in search of a meticulous and organized E-Commerce Content Specialist to enhance our online retail presence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving our e-commerce platforms through thoughtful creation and management of product content.

Consistently update the platform with new arrivals and best-sellers on a weekly basis, ensuring that the content is fresh, accurate, and engaging.

Must be comfortable and efficient in working with large data systems, ensuring accurate and organized information management.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring that content and data are presented without errors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Product Creation and Management: Responsibly create and manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.

Graphic Design Skills: is an added plus. Possess or have a willingness to acquire Photoshop skills, as they are a considerable asset in enhancing product images and overall visual presentation.

Data and Inventory Management: Maintain and organize extensive Excel sheets relating to inventory data and other relevant e-commerce information. Regularly update the inventory on the platform, ensuring accurate stock levels and product information.

Content Updating: Consistently update the platform with new arrivals and best-sellers on a weekly basis, ensuring that the content is fresh, accurate, and engaging.

Large Data Systems Handling: Must be comfortable and efficient in working with large data systems, ensuring accurate and organized information management.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring that content and data are presented without errors.

- Proven experience in e-commerce, content creation, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Photoshop skills or a willingness to learn are highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
