Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Mission
The role is responsible for ensuring the website is always up to date with correct products and assets, fully optimized for performance and profitability, and implementing effective traffic and growth strategies to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Product Management
Ensure all products are live, correctly displayed, and updated across all countries and currencies.
Maintain accurate pricing, availability, categorization, and navigation structure.
Guarantee that all visuals, assets, and content comply with brand guidelines.
Continuously monitor website functionality and user experience.
2. Performance & Profitability Optimization
Monitor margins per country and supplier to ensure profitability targets are respected.
Track performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
Identify pricing inconsistencies, operational gaps, or margin leaks and implement corrective actions.
Provide structured monthly performance and optimization reports.
3. Traffic & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to increase qualified traffic and revenue.
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, push notifications, and promotions.
Optimize landing pages and promotional placements to maximize conversion.
Implement growth initiatives such as subscription models and wallet reinvestment strategies.
4. Compliance & Asset Control
Ensure all published visuals and assets strictly follow brand and supplier guidelines.
Validate content accuracy before publishing.
Maintain organized asset libraries and content structures.
Ensure platform compliance across regions.
Profile Requirements
4–6+ years experience in E-commerce, Growth, or Digital Performance roles.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Experience managing multi-country online platforms is preferred.
Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
French is a strong advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
Able to work independently and take full ownership of results.

Understand digital customer behavior and online purchasing patterns
Be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to identify opportunities without supervision
Have strong commercial awareness and margin sensitivity
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment
Have genuine interest in gaming, digital platforms, or online ecosystems
Be fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
