E-Commerce IT Project Coordinator (M/F)

Reporting to the IT manager based in Dubai & working closely with the Local Digital Team and the IT Europe team based in Paris

MISSION

Within a dynamic context, your mission will be to:

1. Support the IT Team on E-commerce & E-services related projects
2. Ensure the projects coordination between the local, Europe, Global Chanel teams but also with external partners when it is needed
3. Follow up the TECH planning & make the links between all the stake holders (project managers, developers, digital team, and businesses)

MAIN IT EXPERTISE

1. A firsthand experience in digital and technical integration of platforms is a must
2. A wide knowledge on IT landscape is required specifically on the IT architecture field, application architectures, tools, flow typologies
3. Understanding of APIs and associated programming languages is required
4. Understanding of Order Fullfilment processes, WMS, PSP, Click & Collect, Customer Care, CRM, PIM, prix ERP
5. You understand the business needs and challenges
6. Analytics mindset is a plus
7. At ease with complex set ups

SOFT SKILLS

1. Project Management: structure, organize, federate & coordinate
2. Agility: be able to work with all parties involved Test, learn, pivot if needed.
3. Tech Savvy
4. Polyvalent, flexible, adaptable
5. Well organized
6. Curious, Open minded, willing to share English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
