Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the e-commerce team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Plan and assign daily tasks to team members, tracking progress to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Monitor sales performance, conduct regular analysis, and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Manage customer service operations, ensuring quick response times and a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Work closely with finance and vendors on billing, reconciliations, and other accounts-related activities.
- Manage our KSA Branch E-Commerce Operations to align on campaigns, product forecasts, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and others.
- Support onboarding of new customers and one-time orders, ensuring smooth setup and proper follow-up.
- Analyze platform performance and market trends to optimize listings, promotions, and overall online presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of operations across multiple online platforms (e.g., Noon, Amazon, etc.).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online promotional strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
