Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead comprehensive market research initiatives within beverages, homecare & personal care, paint, and carton industries—using AI tools to gather insights, Supplier details, forecast trends, and assess market viability.

  2. Analyze large volumes of data reports, distilling actionable insights, and prepare presentations for leadership.

  3. Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging opportunities in target sectors to support strategic decision-making.

  4. Manage the full spectrum of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on various E-commerce platforms.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into Product development initiatives, identifying new product concepts, innovations aligned with market needs & business strategies.

  6. Leverage AI and data visualization tools to create dynamic, data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a versatile executive who will balance two critical pillars: leading e-commerce operations and spearheading market research across key product sectors. While 60% of this role is dedicated to in-depth research, data analytics, and AI-driven market insights, the remaining 40% focuses on managing and optimizing our e-commerce presence on Amazon, Noon and our website.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline.

  • Significant experience in market research, trend analysis, and data interpretation across multiple industries.

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for data mining, forecasting, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Proven track record in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Noon and brand sites)—managing listings, promotions, and data-driven optimizations.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.

  • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
