Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The E-Commerce Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the omni-channel team with assigned projects, managing correspondence, administration tasks, and monitoring project deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and supports all project stakeholders, ensuring smooth progress and promptly resolving any emerging issues. Records updates and ensures comprehensive documentation on project management software.
Contributes to identifying opportunities for improving efficiency in project teams and methodologies, including adapting workflows to evolving requirements.
Guarantees comprehensive documentation of all projects and facilitates effective communication through coordinated meetings. Communicates priorities for numerous digital and omni-channel projects across the region.
Manages new sales channels, including B2B sales, by liaising with customers and the product team to gather quotes and close deals, ensuring seamless integration with project timelines.
Keeps the internal team informed of project statuses and meticulously records all project task details in software platforms like Jira/Confluence and Workfront.
Oversees the comprehensive project plan encompassing development, delivery, and deployment phases for both maintenance and omni-channel projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
EDUCATION
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
